What to teach children?

At present it is very important to ensure our children a good education in the educational system, worth the redundancy, in addition to that we must teach them strong values ​​and manners at home, and as time passes they will become good professionals and valuable people in a near future.

In these times we see it as irrelevant but it is very imperative that our children learn:

1. To say please and thank you: It is our duty as parents to teach children from an early age to be courteous, to say please, thank you, with your permission, excuse me, etc; it is necessary for a good development when it grows up.

2. To cook, sweep, wash and do any housework: That children learn from a young age to collaborate with housework makes them useful people, in addition to helping with cleaning at home, when they are adults, they will be independent and responsible when they live alone, besides that they will be useful wherever they go.

3. To work and be useful: As I said in the previous point, when teaching children to do things from a young age, they will be useful in the future when they are adults; For example, if you discover that your child likes butter cookies or cupcakes, you can explain how to make the recipes and ask for help when cooking them, it may motivate him to make more complicated recipes as he grows up and becomes a professional chef or pastry chef.

4. To respect any living being: Every living being deserves respect and consideration, be it woman, man, animal or plant. We must teach children to respect in order to ask for self-respect.

This is a reflection for all of us, let's not allow our children to be dependent on a telephone, a video game, the computer or television, teach them the most important thing: to be useful citizens for society and family, to work and earn things on merit.
