Between the hectic hours of the day and the nights of bad sleep in the week, your body suffers and it shows on your outside, you look tired and even a few years older hehehe. Give yourself a little love by following these tips:
* Eliminate stress with a massage, place both thumbs at the base of the skull, next to the neck; press gently and rub in small circles for 10 seconds; release and repeat this procedure 3 times. You will notice how the tension goes down and you will feel more relaxed.
* Sneak up and take a nap, it's proven, a nap prevents exhaustion and recharges your batteries. To disconnect from work a bit, instead of watching TV or filling up on junk food, sleep for about 20 minutes. I particularly take a nap in the afternoon of 45min maximum and I feel renewed.
* Relieve your back, sit with your legs crossed and move your torso in circles. Arch your back as you lean forward and round your spine as you go backward. These movements will relax your hips and shoulders, you will feel great.
* Create a hot escape, if you have hot water, close the bathroom door and after showering, take advantage of the steam in the room, sit for a few minutes and take a deep breath, this will moisturize your skin and at the same time enjoy a mental rest.
* Exfoliate your skin with ginger and lemon, mix 1/2 cup of sugar, 2 tablespoons of heavy cream, the juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, rub this mixture on your body and rinse, your skin will remain very soft!
With any of these options that you choose to make, you will feel a little relief from the stress that you accumulate in the daily hustle and bustle.
