How to prepare Garlic Mayonnaise

Good morning everyone, I have a recipe for homemade garlic mayonnaise, very simple to make and quite cheap, tasty and versatile.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Sunflower Oil (approximately)

  • 1/4 of Cup of Vinegar (approximately)

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cloves of garlic

Step by Step:

  • place the egg and salt in the blender, blend at maximum speed for approximately 1 min

  • add the oil little by little, in the form of a thread (as seen in the photo) until the mixture takes shape

  • then add the vinegar and garlic, if necessary add more oil and salt, it depends on how you prefer it.

  • Mayonnaise ready

It was that easy to make mayo??? All this time i could have made my own mayo :< how long does it need to be blended? And yolk goes in with the mixture? And are other oils good for making mayo?

Friend is really easy to make mayonnaise, in the post I explain step by step, follow the instructions and you will see ... The preparation lasts approximately 10-12 minutes. The egg is whole and raw, there are people who sanchoch it first and use it that way but I have not tried it that way. I use sunflower oil, if you don't have it you can use any other oil that is not as strong in flavor.

Ohh it's very fast to make mayo. I'm definitely making this the next time i run out of mayo ;;-;; i love it way too much. What's sanchoch though? And how long is the mayo shelf life for you?
