As I live in a coastal city, fish, both fresh and salty, is very common in our diet, generally we accompany it with rice, fried ripe banana and salad with raw vegetables.
Today I will share with you how to make a simple raw salad for 4 people and thus complement your lunch.
We will need the following:
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 medium carrot
* 1 large tomato
* 1 small onion
* 1/4 of green pepper (if it is large, if the pepper is small use half)
* 1 handful of coriander
FOR THE DRESSING:
* 1/2 avocado
* 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
* 1 teaspoon mustard
* 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
* salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION MODE:
1) Wash all the vegetables to use well
2) Peel and grate the carrot
3) Cut all the vegetables into thin julienne strips
4) Prepare the dressing by mashing the avocado with a fork and mixing with the mayonnaise, mustard, sauce english, salt and pepper.
5) mix all the vegetables and dress
It is very easy to make and quite nutritious. You can vary by cutting the avocado into squares, use Chinese bean sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, also add spinach or any other vegetable and / or dressing of your choice.
