Signs before the end of the world according to the Bible have appeared
Two thousand years ago, the Lord's followers asked him, "What will be the sign of your coming and of the consummation of this age?" (Matthew 24:3). The Lord Jesus answered: “And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. Watch out! Do not be alarmed, because it is necessary for all this to happen; but it is not the end yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in different places there will be famines and earthquakes. But all this is only the beginning of sorrows” (Matthew 24:6-8). Today, more and more disasters are taking place all over the planet. Earthquakes, epidemics, famines, wars and floods follow one another. At the end of 2019, a new type of coronavirus emerged in Wuhan, China. Its speed of transmission is alarming: in just a few months, cases appeared throughout the country and China was immediately plunged into chaos. Countless provinces, townships and villages are successively being quarantined as the death toll continues to rise. In addition, the virus has spread to more than 20 countries around the world. To top it off, between 2019 and January 2020, bushfires in Australia destroyed more than 5,900 buildings and killed more than a billion animals. In January 2020, the continent was hit by the heaviest torrential rain in a century, occasionally causing floods that killed many freshwater animals. That same month, tens of thousands of people were left homeless by floods in Indonesia. There was also a volcano eruption in the Philippines, the worst locust infestation in Africa in 25 years, and a magnitude 6.4 earthquake in Xinjiang… The list is endless. The biblical prophecies of the avenue of the Lord have been fulfilled. It stands to reason that the Lord has returned. So why have we not yet received His arrival? Will we not plunge into the great tribulation if this continues? And what should we do to receive the coming of the Lord?
How will the Lord come?
Many people have read these words in the Bible: “Behold, he is coming with the clouds” (Revelation 1:7). “They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory” (Matthew 24:30). They are sure that the Lord will come with the clouds. Yet why haven't we seen that vision yet? Is this the only means by which the Lord will come? Actually, we have missed one important thing about the coming of the Lord. A secret coming of God is also prophesied in the Scriptures, as in: “Behold, I come as a thief” (Revelation 16:15). “But at midnight there was a cry: ‘Here is the bridegroom! Go out to meet him’” (Matthew 25:6). "Therefore, you also be ready, because at an hour you do not think the Son of Man will come" (Matthew 24:44). “For as the lightning flashes from one end of the sky to the other end of the sky, so will the Son of Man be in his day. But first it is necessary that He suffer much and be rejected by this generation” (Luke 17:24-25).
The scriptural references to “as a thief” and “a cry was heard at midnight” indicate that when the Lord returns in the last days, it will be quietly, in secret. And what does "Son of Man" refer to? Without a doubt, a "Son of Man" is born of a person, with a mother and a father, and of flesh and blood. The Lord Jesus, for example, became incarnate in the image of a normal person who lives among men. Therefore, we see that "Son of Man" refers to God incarnate; the Spirit cannot be called the Son of Man. Furthermore, the scriptures also say that "But first it is necessary that He suffer much and be rejected by this generation." This scripture makes it clear that when the Lord returns, he will endure much suffering and be rejected by this generation (Lucas 17:24-25).

We all know that God could only be rejected by incarnating himself in the Son of Man, since God incarnated is too common and people do not know him; He considers Him an ordinary person and therefore He suffers great hardships. However, if the Lord appeared to man as a Spirit, all men, good or bad, believers or unbelievers, and even opponents of God, would fall to the ground before Him in worship, for who could reject God then? And how was God to suffer? This shows that the Lord of the last days appears to humanity as the incarnate Son of Man.
