Something that I have learned on my career as content creator is that working hard really rewards, it pays back to be hard worker and people will get you noticed, you get followers that support you and will give value to what you create.
Let me show you something that I believe anyone should do to be a good writer and never give up online, writing is a science of patience and reward come if you are persistent to believe in yourself, the example of ants:
This little industrious animals have so much purpose on their tasks, the hardwork they do can put anyone on shame. This creatures work long days and nights with only the purpose to survive the wild, people just complaint to work from 9 to 5, this ones have tasks that are similar with what people do the difference is that ants do this to have they job done, they use all the tools on their disposal to perform those actions and complete the task. An ant colony works like a factory with well defined roles and responsibilities, the Queen ant have the only purpose to reproduce and she is the matriarch of the colony the producer off all other ants born on the colony.
The male ant's job is to mate with the matriarch Queen of the colony, after that dies leaving the Queen in charge, she could live for 15-20 years. The other ants of the colony have specific jobs to accomplish and make the all "factory" run smoothly:
Worker antsare responsible for caring the larvae produced by the Queen, feeding the colony, keep the colony clean, dig new tunnels and many other tasksForaging antfind food and bring to the colony, there are alsosecurity antsthat act as guardians of the colony.
Some people can consider this small animals annoying, but this hard workers are significant part of the ecosystem they eat dead insects and dig tunnels that helps to aerate soil, and surely they are vital to the circle of life, the most amazing they know that they job will be well rewarded no matter what!
So why I wrote about the ants history?!
Well, it's quite an amazing history but that is for my fellow companions of arms, content creators that are filling their work isn't being rewarded, my advice to you guys create great content, engage more, Boost your articles, don't engage in upvoting groups, give something to the platform, something valuable and the platform will give to you back! No miracles just Hard work, be an Ant and you will have you payment assured!
