Monthly update about my house building using Bitcoin Cash: 65% of the ceiling covered
The project to build the house using Bitcoin Cash "donations", has been running since mid-year 2021 and has been embraced by the Bitcoin Cash community. Fortunately, our immense and very dedicated community has contributed to achieving the success that the residence is acquiring, and particularly an anonymous figure (my godfather) who has largely financed the project.
The anonymous figure plays a crucial role in this process as the Flipstarter campaign I started to raise funds has not yet been funded but he has done a lot to get the work done and I justify it by investing the Bitcoin Cash granted for the project concession.
Again this month I had new funding (thanks to the anonymous donor) and with it it was possible to have the latest developments that the residence presents, thanks to it this month 65% of the coverage is already ready! Exactly, 65% of the slab is completed and the other part will be completed as soon as the other bedroom and bathroom are finished.
You see, the other part of the house was made and covered with zinc sheets and in order to support the slab, changes will need to be made to the base structure, so only 65% of the entire house was covered, waiting for the other to be fixed.
As I mentioned in the previous update, the residence was already prepared to receive the cover and it was necessary to purchase another iron, coarse sand, 3/4 stone, burnt wire, nails, pay for the transport of material as well as the formwork plates, props , metal frame bars, to pay the masons with their respective helpers, which led to more than 1500 dollars (about 12 BCH) being invested in the project this month.
Hard work of assembling the slab and purchasing material
The slab assembly process was preceded by the preparation of material, where work began on Saturday, September 3rd, with the purchase of cement and respective irons in the morning. By 12:00 we had already bought the iron and the path led to the quarry to increase a load of stone and another of coarse sand.
After that, the land was unloaded and prepared.
The slab reinforcement material was also lifted and piled up so that in the early hours of Sunday (the mason could only work on Sunday the 4th for personal reasons) the process could begin. Thus, the formwork plates, props and joists were arranged so that the mason had them at hand.
On Sunday and in the early hours of the day, the process of framing the slab began with an arduous work that began in the early hours of Sunday and ended around 8 pm on the same day. And that's not all, as this is just the framing process that then follows the mixing of material (3/4 stone, cement and coarse sand) to make the concrete mass for assembling the slab structure.
It was a very arduous and tiring job but the process was worth the wait and after several hours of service, at 5 hours and 40 minutes am in Monday, the whole process of filling the slab was finished where, so that it would be hard enough ("African myth ") a pig's head had to be cooked and served after all the work had been done.
This was done and the masons had their meal in the early hours of Monday, September 5th and another step was taken in the house built using Bitcoin Cash.
As you can see from the images shared here, the other missing part is present and as soon as the part worked is complete, dry and ready for housing, I will move there and start the work of perfecting the missing part for completion. of the final structure of the project.
Your contribution is important and will always be welcomed as this project will not only provide improved housing using Bitcoin Cash but also show the world that using Bitcoin Cash it is possible to make families around the globe have a makeshift life for decentralized use of currency. Bitcoin Cash works and people can use it without needing authorization or centralized issuance for the process to take effect, as Bitcoin Cash is the digital currency that people crave and guarantees independence from the traditional financial system.
Once again I thank my anonymous sponsor who has been tirelessly helping me over and over again and say that all the Bitcoin Cash sent by him is being put to true use showing that it is possible to live and build a house using the currency. The project is still to be completed (finish the last beam, put pillars in the other room and assemble the respective general slab in these rooms) and I believe that 4500 dollars (BCH equivalent) could be essential for the completion of the house.
See also the video I produced and published on YouTube that shows how the construction is and don't forget: your contribution is extremely important for the completion of the project.
