3 Things to Accomplish This March
I had a few goals in February that I was trying to accomplish but I could not complete them, but I hope I can fulfill the three promises which i made in March. So if you want, you can take three promises that you will keep whatever you do in March. So let's start today's article without further wasting time.

Exercise or play sports every afternoon even though I am now 24 years old. And I'm not a professional athlete. But walking for at least an hour to keep your body, heart and kidneys healthy will do you a lot of good.
A few days ago, my friends and I were playing cricket together at a field called Housing. The field was originally intended for a plane landing site, but later it was surrounded by housing. Although not all people can enter, but since we are not like everyone else, my friends and I go there every day to play. If you go to play every day then your brain will improve like Stephen Hawking.
Beneficial of jogging
# Will lower blood cholesterol levels a lot which will make your body more energized and you can easily keep yourself active everywhere. If the level of cholesterol in the blood is high, that is, if the LDL is low, you can get various diseases and physical and mental problems. So try as much as you can, try to do some physical work every day, then you will see that your body will get healthy automatically and you will be able to spend the whole day with a lot of good thoughts.
Adequate sleep and rapid reduction. One study found that those who slept faster had more fertile and sharper brains than those who slept late. When you go to bed early, your hormonal balance is properly maintained. But those who sleep late have hormonal imbalances and may face various problems in the future. Insomnia is an example of this in the present age. What we all know about insomnia in another term is sleep deprivation.

The day the hormone becomes imbalanced, your cortisol level rises slowly. If the Arctic Hall level continues to rise slowly, your carcinogen tolerance increases. 2 hours a day to read a book. I should do this habit regularly because I am not doing this habit. One study found that people who read books for an hour every day had sharper and brighter brains. Whether it is a story book or an academic book, we should read the book at least 2 hours. Nowadays people have become all technology-based due to which our knowledge about books and leaders has decreased a lot day by day. I would say read books every day and stay healthy.
These three habits or oaths I will complete in March. Exercise, sleep regularly and read books every day. Hopefully these habits will help a person to be more productive and rich minded. If you want, you can take an oath like mine that you can try this month. Maybe you can develop your own brain if you try to do something productive in the midst of a lot of busyness every day.

I used to jog before but some dogs in our community are unleashed so I just do stationery biking at hop. Work out is really good to our body.
