Materials
200 grams of flour

1 teaspoon small cardamom
1 cup ghee
250 ml of water
50 grams of khoya milk
100 grams of semolina

100 ml Amaras

Method
First you have to make sugar juice.
In a deep pot, add sugar and water and simmer on low heat.
Stir until the sugar is completely melted.
Now give one teaspoon of milk from above.
When the juice boils, sugar sludge or dirt will come out, remove it from the top.
When the juice is thick like a transparent glass, take it down and remove it.
Now it's time to make Malpoya batter.
Make a batter by mixing semolina, flour, coconut milk, fennel, small cardamom powder and milk well in a dry pot.
When you pour the sleeve, you will see if it is falling down smoothly. Put it for a while, it will create the flavor.
Then heat ghee in a small pan and fry it one by one with hand-filled malpoya.
Drain the ghee and soak it in the juice for ten minutes.
Then pick it up and apply amaras on top.
Arrange as desired before serving. For sorting you can use nuts, pesto, rosemary.

Materials
200 grams of lamb
100 grams of processed cheese
20 g halapeno chilli
50 g ripe mango pieces
2 g chili flakes
1 gram dried oregano
Salt to taste
5 grams of black pepper powder
20 g fresh coriander leaves
3 loaves of bread

Method
In a dry bowl, grate the lamb and cheese very finely.
Discard the seeds of Halapeno and discard the excess water.
Add it to the lamb mixture.
Mix all the ingredients except mango.
Add salt and pepper to see if the taste is right.
Then add chopped mango.
Now take a loaf of bread and fill it with this mixture. Fold the bread and cover the mouth with flour.
Then fry the parcel on medium heat in deep oil, do not increase the heat too much.

1 cup milk
2 cups boiled vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, pumpkin, peas or whatever you have at home)
6 cups lightly fried eggplant pieces

* Special tips
The bread should be baked very lightly, because it will be baked again later, then it will be hard to eat.
If you have mozzarella cheese on hand, it will taste good.
