My spouse and I had time for ourselves yesterday and began to review all that we have been through these past years of our marriage. From what we read from books on marriage, we believed it would be very easy to make ours work out fine.
The first few months of our marriage were just something else as we were both yet able to understand our individual differences.
With all the books we read I never believed that I would suffer a long time trying to make things work with my spouse.
It took time of practice and patience to make those things written on book to work out.
Marriage can still work. It requires practicing all the knowledge you have gathered so far on marriage, and then being patient.
Talking about being patient, it doesn't mean its going to be done and perfect one day, one week, one month, one year. The odds is different for different individuals. Being patient means that you eagerly wait till you get what you need.
