Luck is different

As in this world the many or all people are born with different shape and colour. Like there shape and colour their luck is also different. It's doesn't mean that the luck of a black men is also black. It's the will of God .

You can't change your luck without the will of God. According to the Holly Quran "Man gets, for he tries for."

So according to the Holly Quran You can change your luck by hard work and faithfulness ,but also if there is the will of God.
