Why you need Joy?
Joy can be measured in various ways. Some say that joy is happiness. The two words are often used interchangeably, but they are not the same thing.
Joy can be found in music and art. It's a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment. Joy is the feeling of your heart's desire coming true. Joy is having energy and excitement for life. Joy is the knowledge that you are never alone or without help. Joy is contentment, peace and wholeness.
Joy is differ from happiness. Joy is not a feeling, it is a choice. And when you make a choice to be joyous, you begin to see everything differently. I was out of town and called my husband to ask if he could pick up my mail. His response was, "No, I am on my way to the store." I said, "You are going to the store? Why?" He replied with a smile in his voice, "I am going to pick up something special, because what I have with you makes my life complete." And he did pick up something special...a teddy bear.
Joy is not a feeling, it is a choice. And when you make a choice to be joyous, you begin to see everything differently.
Joy is a sensation that usually evokes positive or pleasant emotions. It is related to happiness, pleasure, and glee. The word joy can also refer to a state of great happiness.
It is used in the context of positive events, emotions, and situations where people feel good about themselves or their lives. For example, a sports team could be described as "joyful" after winning a championship; an artist might describe people as joyful while surrounded by her art.
Joy is only a state of mind. Joy comes in many forms, and we cannot deny that, at times, we are filled with it and at other times we are not. Our sources of joy include: -Space: The creation of space brings joy. We love designing and building home spaces and structures.
-People: Our clients are our biggest source of joy. We love working with them.
-Color: the use of color brings joy to a room.
-Light: the use of light to fill the room brings joy to it.
-Music: music helps bring out the best in us. It can change our mood in an instant.
-Nature: being in touch with nature helps bring out our inner moods and feelings.
Joy is one of the three emotions that reside in the heart. It gives strength and courage in life, especially in times of distress. Joy can be found in most people and it is usually a very pleasurable emotion.
