Businesses are born and die every day. Slowly but surely with the passing of each year. New ideas emerge, some work and some don’t. Other businesses that do great are bought out by new companies or even other countries. It’s important to not only focus on your competitors but it’s also important to focus on your major customers; where you get the most orders and where you get the most opportunities.

Some of your competitors are doing things right, so pay attention. Many businesses don’t keep up with the times and fail. Have an idea on how to change their products or services? Maybe you can make it better? Researching new opportunities everyday can help bring success to any business. Never stop creating and never stop doing research.

1. Step Up - Stand facing a bench or a step leading onto a block. Step up with your left leg and then step down slowly on the same leg. Do this 10 times and then change to the right leg. Repeat this exercise three times with each leg, alternating two times per leg per session.

2. Squat and Twist - Start out standing straight with hands on hips and feet apart at shoulder length. Take a deep breath in and then squat down, making sure your knees don't over-extend past your toes.
