Nowadays, the enterprising business want us to eat it all throughout the Chinese New Year. I wonder if the rather new sushi place sell them. They have different sizes. The set cost $36.80 They provide the “instructions”. In goes the salmon fish slices that represents abundance. Then all the other ingredients. Then it’s time to toss and toss. All the best for the year of the tiger. We also bought a pack of sushi for $4.50.
