📷Taichi practice with COVID-19 Day 5 20210926 | 与新冠共度第 5 天20210926 | 😎 Fast forward... by Day 5 after I was tested positive with COVID-19, I was bored enough even thank goodness I have a laptop with me and internet access. I remembered reading about Russia making some COVID-19 patients do taichi when they were recovering. I had not practice for a while and my room does have the space to the 108 moves but I decided to see how I could improvised in confined space. Overall, it wasn't too bad. Then I continued to that daily until day 10. Here is a video of that Sunday session. https://youtu.be/AZ26LJbGGhg #originalcontent #covid-19 #life #taichi #photography #myphotograph #ace108 前进。。。 https://youtu.be/AZ26LJbGGhg #Fitness

Wow ..... that's a great idea! Why didn't I think of that? On days that the plague has me too "tired", (the real truth is I'm too lazy), to exercise, TaiChi would be a great alternative. Not that TaiChi is necessarily easy, mind you! If you do it correctly, you'll get a good workout by the time you're done.
Yes, I get to the sweat in 20 minutes 😎
