Sleeping tiger and walking babirusa | 卧虎和行走的鹿豚😎 I was at the zoo in May 2021 when I took a long time before finding the sleeping tiger. Walking away from the tiger, I came to another area which is home to the babirusas. Wikipedia told me they are also deer-pigs. They to ask what I was staring at. Then they walked away. Just spent 4 hours at the SGH to see the doctor. I was there about 5pm. Overhead one auntie telling another she was there since 1pm. I had sudden blur vision. After some rounds of eyedropper, my eyes are still blur as I said goodbye to the Bowyer clock tower. At the bus stop, I see the familiar Police Cantonment Complex where I used to work. Almost no dinner on Friday | 星期五几乎没晚餐😎 It was almost no market for dinner by the time I reached Toa Payoh on Friday night. I went to the coffeeshop that I remembered seeing a 24 Hour poster before but only one stall were opened. I bought a fried fish bee hoon soup for $5.50 and added $1.50 for 3 fried dumplings. My last meal was lunch about 11 hours ago. Not allowed to sit inside because they were closing. The fried fish were quite thin slices so lucky I added the dumplings.…

Otters at the zoo | 动物园里的水獭😎 The little guy spotted us when I was visiting the zoo in May 2021. Some people have all the bad luck 🤔 News has it that the infection in Hainan had caused some kind of lockdown. The more sad thing is some of the people who travelled there for holidays were coming from Shanghai which had 2 months of lockdown lifted recently. Someone probably lost a nice water bottle 😎 I was in a toilet in HDB Hub yesterday when I saw this nice water bottle on the basin and there was no one else in there. Seems losing water bottle is quite a trend but this is one of the nicer one I've seen. I'm afraid of losing it so I avoid carrying a more expensive one when I go out. I hope the guy (I'm 99% sure it's a guy) who lose it come back for it soon. Or it'll be some other guy's (also 99% sure it will be a guy).

Dinner on Sunday night | 周日晚上的晚餐😎 Went to Lorong 1 Toa Payoh on Sunday night for dinner. There is a nasi lemak stall which I thought opens in the morning. Next to is stall selling rojak and satay. The $3 rojak is not a lot but it is getting more difficult to get them at $3. Paid $10.80 for the satay with one rice. They are good enough. I bought a $4 set C nasi lemak. The egg was freshly fried.
