Coffelicious
What diseases can be cured with coffee
Coffee is one of the popular drinks, without which the majority of Russians cannot imagine their day. Caffeine helps the brain to wake up, improves performance and mood, eases headaches. It is much better to buy coffee beans and brew a drink in the traditional way in the Turk than to use soluble powder. Coffee fruits contain more than 2000 active substances, including polyphenols - excellent antioxidants that have anti-inflammatory action and destroy cancer cells. How can I use a coffee drink to treat a disease?
Coffee and Oncology
The antioxidant properties of coffee are directly dependent on the degree of roasting of the beans. It is best to use coffee roast medium - cooked according to Indonesian recipes.
Good results show cancer patients who use coffee together with a course of chemotherapy. Caffeine adjusts the brain in a positive way, fights cancer cells, reducing the formation of new mutations, removes toxins from the body.
Among the many properties of coffee, the ability to help the skin to combat the harmful UV radiation of the sun is observed, working on the principle of sunscreen. In this connection, it is possible to attribute the drink to good prevention against skin melanoma.
The constant, reasonable use of coffee helps in the prevention of such terrible diseases as:
soft tissue sarcoma;
colon cancer;
liver cancer;
carcinoma of the ovaries and mammary glands;
prostate cancer;
tumors of the bladder and pancreas.
In general, coffee has a general healing effect on the entire body, helps to reduce weight, strengthens the walls of blood vessels, improves the condition of the liver and even reduces the risk of diabetes by 30%. To achieve the desired effect, coffee should be brewed with hot, but not boiling water. Drink a drink without sugar and milk. A little diluting the coffee with cold water, you can prevent dehydration and reduce the diuretic effect.
It is necessary to sharply limit coffee intake during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. In recent weeks, you can continue to drink in reasonable quantities.
Encourage Your Children to Play Outdoors
Why Children Should Play Outdoors
When I was a child, my life was outdoors from morning until you could not see in front of you from the dark , or right after your home work is done on school days. We did not have computers or mobile phones, only a black and white tv in the corner. Our life was outside, with our friends, I lived in a town , so there were a lot of friends. on Silhouette, group of happy children playing on meadow, sunset, s Saturday afternoon the cinema would have a cowboy movie on and when it ended ,we would go to the nearest field or wooded area and become cowboys for the rest of the day, great fun. The canal was nearby ,so from may to September, all of us would go swimming in the canal, that is how we all learned to swim and very well too, as the canal was very deep.
Technology Creeps In and ruins the Children
So here we are in the new modern world, every house has several computers and many mobile phones all linked to the internet. Playtime has changed forever as parents let little Johnnie play on his computer all day long, ” it keeps him out of mischief”. This scenario is now in all the developed countries and the strangle hold effect of the computer can not be broken easily. Touch screen mobile phones are a great invention thanks to Apple, but have every teenager absolutely glued to them all day long , messaging their friends through Facebook for example and even when the friends are in the same room, conversation as an art has gone out through the window. we are bombarded by information coming through our mobiles, everywhere you look people have a mobile stuck to their face. A recent survey estimated that the average person spends 4 hours on their phones every day.
How can we get our kids to play outdoors again?
as We live in the countryside ,my answer to that problem is that we strictly limit our children,s time on the computer and anyway they are not very interested in computer games. One daughter looks at you tube tutorials to make loom band animals and the other uses it to study for school.Being strict with them from the word go has worked for us, but unfortunately other parents are not ,so they have lost out and their children will not listen to them about overuse of laptops and mobiles. In our house we have another way of keeping the children off headstreamscomputers, “PETS” and lots of them. They have dogs , cats, guinea pigs, and rabbits, which all need to be looked after and played with, this is a brilliant way to not only educate them, but also keeps them outside as well. You could always build or buy a swings adventure set and that will be guaranteed to keep them happy for many hours.
What about the bigger kids “Adults” ?
This problem does not just reside with kids, adults are just as much to blame. who buys the computers in the first place. When Apple came up with the tablet, it was hailed as another brilliant invention, but very expensive, but the Chinese soon sorted that with their cheap tablets, so now they are everywhere. I noticed the other day in a shopping mall, where a staff member in a clothes store had a tablet for all the stock checks etc and no book or pen. That really made me feel old, realising that technology has run over me like a truck. Anyway on a more positive note the Amazon Kindle is a brilliant piece of kit and one I would highly recommend to anyone. No I did not lose track of what I was writing about, I really think that ,we must educate everybody of every age about the perils of spending their lives on computers and get outside to the fresh air and go for a walk or something.

Nature of Life
Whatever we touch, we leave fingerprints. If we decide to touch other's lives, we will leave our identity in them forever.
Life is better when you are happy; but life is at its best when others are happy because of you.
Decide to be faithful in touching other's hearts and be an inspiration.
Nothing is more important and worth practicing than being a channel of God's blessing.
For Nothing in nature lives for itself.
Rivers do not drink their own water.
We were all born to help each other. No matter how difficult the situation you find yourself in ; you can still do good to others.

"LIFE"
Life is about making choices, even refusing to make a choice is a choice in itself. To be carnally minded is to walk in the natural mindset: thinking of temporal things, talking by feeling, acting according to feeling, and living according to the human senses; these can only lead to suffering, doubt, unbelief, and finally death. To be spiritually minded is to walk in the supernatural mindset: thinking of eternal things, talking by faith, acting in line with the Holy Scriptures, and living by the Holy Spirit; these lead to peace, greater faith, believing, wealth, and life.

A Solid Rock
QUOTE: I believe that what we become depends on what our fathers teach us at odd moments, when they aren’t trying to teach us. We are formed by little scraps of wisdom. -U. Eco
Fathers are progenitors of their children. They create in their children what their fathers created in them. A father gives life to the darkness of the child's mind. Being a father is actually a big responsibility. He is assigned some strict duties of not necessarily being a leader of the home but more of a foundation that the whole house rests upon. Fatherhood is an ever-changing event that transcends manhood by way of progression of a father's vision, direction, and openness he has with his family (children, wife, ex-wife, girlfriend, or baby momma).
Children (and families) need a father to show them how to navigate the rigors of the world. There is nothing more head-turning then a father swagger as a young child listens and receives every word that is said and learns from every example which is taught (success or failure). A mother may give an abundance of love, a father silently defines what love is. Importantly, how to know what love requires, and how to speak in a fatherly language only match by discipline, maturity, and reserve to be the wise old man of absolute value in the hearts of families.
KEEP IN MIND: A solid rock (or foundation [good father]) is one of the most valuable assets in our children life, family, community and human society.
TAKE AWAY: Every father should remember one day his children will follow his example, not his advice.

"3 Things Men Want More Than Sex"
A healthy relationship needs a lot more than intimacy
Sex is great. But you don’t need me to tell you that. After all, you already know that it’s an incredible way to build trust and connect with your partner on a meaningful level.
But here’s the thing: a healthy relationship needs a lot more than intimacy. At least, if you want to have a long-lasting relationship with each other, you need to pursue something greater than sexual satisfaction.
So below are several qualities that will immediately strengthen the quality of your relationship. Each one of these insights changed my dating life for the better. I’m sure they will do the same for you, too.
1. Understanding.
We all know that sex is a physical expression of the passion you have for each other. But when you take a moment to understand how your partner feels, it can strengthen the quality of your relationship even further.
Let me give you a personal example. I used to have a very average relationship. Whenever I saw my girlfriend, we went on dates, ate at fancy restaurants, and then came home and had sex.
Sure, we said, “I love you”, and genuinely meant every word. However, we rarely felt the desire to be with each other for the rest of our lives, due to a lack of emotional intimacy.
While reading some relationship advice on the internet, I stumbled across a blog post that wrote about the importance of listening to your partner. At first, I admittedly took it with a grain of salt. But when I started being more open about how I felt, the quality of my relationship massively improved.
Over the past few years, I’ve learned that understanding is a two-way street in a relationship. Because if you want your partner to listen to you, it’s essential to reciprocate when they have something to say. The Roman philosopher, Seneca said it best: https://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/lucius_annaeus_seneca_155059
“One of the most beautiful qualities of true friendship is to understand and to be understood.”
2. Acceptance.
Without even realizing it, we often spend our days wishing for things to be different, and for our partner to behave in a certain way. But if you’re always worrying about the things you can’t change, you’re not allowing yourself to focus on everything you can.
Let me explain. Your partner wants to feel loved, accepted, and respected by you. But if you’re continually judging them for their imperfections, it’s incredibly challenging to build a strong emotional connection. If anything, judging them for their flaws is likely to make them do the same to you.
Look, I get it. You want to have a perfect relationship, and to avoid any arguments with your partner. But unfortunately, that’s never going to happen if you’re always judgemental.
I know that’s a hard pill to swallow. But it’s true. So if you want to strengthen the quality of your relationship, accepting each other’s imperfections is undoubtedly a great place to start. In the words of Marcus Aurelius: https://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/marcus_aurelius_148749
“Accept the things to which fate binds you, and love the people with whom fate brings you together, but do so with all your heart.”
3. Honesty.
Sex is certainly one great way to build trust in your relationship. But if you’re not honest with your partner during a conversation, you can’t expect them to do the same with you. After all, it’s impossible to have a healthy relationship if it’s built on lies.
So if you want to strengthen your relationship, start by following through on any promises, and staying true to your word. Because even when you have an uncomfortable conversation with your partner, they will certainly respect your ability to remain honest.
“Be a reflection of what you’d like to see in others. If you want love, give love, if you want honesty, give honesty, if you want respect, give respect. You get in return what you give.” — Anonymous https://www.awakenthegreatnesswithin.com/35-inspirational-quotes-on-honesty/
So every day, ask yourself: “What actions can I take right now to become a more loving, honest, and understanding partner?”
That’s all you need to do.

Complete in Thee
The other day my family went to a park near by for some fresh air. To get out of the house. While at the park I noticed some very beautiful blooms on a variety of bushes, trees and flowers. I began wandering around picking various flowers and twigs with green, red, and yellow leaves. I don't know how many different species of trees and flowers I picked but it was over 10. My mind wandered to something I heard about nature and how it is a symphony of species working together to create a healthy enviroment. What do we find in the woods? Unless it is a tract of land that has been planted to a specific tree you find multiple varieties of trees, shrubs and undergrowth. You may have Lob Lolly Pine, Virginia Pine, Short Leaf Pine, Red Oak, White Oak, Sycamore, Beech, Walnut, Pin Oak, Cedar, Locust, Hemlock and Willow Oak all growing on the same tract of land. This doesn't include all the shrubs or laurel, moss and multitudes of other living organisms. This variety of species thrives on living together, they compliment each other, creating a healthier soil and enviroment. The complete opposite of a
monoculture.
The same is true in humanity. It's true in my family of seven. Each of us is unique and different which makes it difficult to get along, to harmonize. But as we grow in Christ it becomes easier to work out our differences and learn from each other. It truly is an essitial part of life. Learning and growing in Christ. Even though the bouquet of flowers and leaves I picked the other evening was disheveled and looked like a man had done the picking and arranging it was still beautiful. Was it perfect? No. How it looked didn't change it's ability to smell good and put a smile on someones face.
We have all these people in our churches and families. How do we bring harmony to these differences? God harmonized creation and God can harmonize our hearts and souls. I was reminded of the song "Complete In Thee." There is nothing we can do on our own to improve this harmony. It is through Christ working in our hearts. Continually drawing us to himself. Nothing I can do could possibly take the place of His work. It's because of Christ's work on the cross and His resurrection we can stand Complete In Thee. What a blessed thought it is to be justified, sanctified and glorified.
He supplies all our wants and doesn't deny the good thing. My understanding of what the good thing is may be skewed and He knows what is best for me. Is the Lord my portion? Is He my all in all? Am I really Complete in Him?
Is He reigning within my heart? Is His blood causing the tempter to flee? If so I shall stand Complete in Him. Because of this I will be among the chosen when I cross the bar. Complete in Thee.
Yea, justified, oh, blessed thought,
And sanctified, salvation wrought.
Thy blood hath pardon bought for me,
And glorified I, too, shall be.
Thy blood hath pardon bought for me,
And glorified I, too, shall be.
So, like creation, we have the ability to mend our broken relationships based on Christ's work on the cross and in our accpetance of Him as Savior and Lord. As King of our hearts, souls and minds.
To God Be the Glory.

5 Mindsets Hacks To Change Your Life! ! !
5 Mindset Hacks to Change Your Life
1️⃣ Be aware of what you are thinking
It is super important to be mindful of the thoughts that run through your head. No matter if they are positive or negative, you have the absolute power to change them. Get yourself out of autopilot mode just accepting what life gives you and get into manual mode and demand that life gives you the life that you want.
2️⃣ Use affirmations
Affirmations help with reprogramming your mind. Listen to affirmations in your sleep. I guarantee I’m a few weeks you will see a difference in the way your mind thinks.
3️⃣ Practice being your future self
If you want to make a million dollars, start carrying yourself like you already have it. Start going places where millionaires frequent. Remember that you are an average of the 5 people you hang around the most.
4️⃣ Run the model in your head at all times
Your thoughts cause your feelings. Your feelings cause your actions. Your actions cause your results. Circumstances are neutral. Once you understand this, you can reverse engineer the formula to change your life.
5️⃣ Add, “and that’s okay” to everything that sucks
There is no secret that life is made up of both good and bad moments but when anything negative happens to you, make it a habit to respond with “but that’s okay.” You are training yourself to accept the things that life throws at you without overreacting and let one thing ruin your day.

Color Blind
COLOR BLIND AND REFUSING ALL MEDICATION
Sometimes things happen in our lives that we see as having no meaning and then one day we wake up to find that it's beyond meaningful! What I'm talking about happened 48 years ago and I've never told anyone outside of my immediate family.
When I was a kid, 12, 11, or maybe even 10 years old, I might just wake up at 2, 3, or 4 in the morning and go for a run. My parents tried to stop me, but they just gave up after a while. One morning I wake up at about 2 am and I was starving, so I ran to Howard Johnson's which I knew was opened 24 hours; maybe it was one, or two miles away. This was probably 1972, so about 48 years ago. I might have been the only one there, but honestly, I don't remember. The night manager was an older black man and for those of you who don't know, I am white and was either 11, or 12 years old at that time. I sit at the counter and the front door is almost directly behind me. I was really skinny and probably weighed about 115 lbs. The waitress comes out to give me a menu, but I already knew what I wanted, so I ordered four (4) cheeseburgers and four (4) fries, all of the cheeseburgers extra rare and a large glass of water. The waitress looked at me like I was crazy and ask if this were a joke and I said, no joke and I will finish them all. No sooner does the waitress deliver the order to the kitchen, the manager comes out and locks the door behind me. I said to the manager, "aren't you opened 24 hours?" And he just looked at me and didn't answer. I knew exactly what was going on, the manager thought I would order a ton of food that I couldn't even eat and run out the door without paying. The manager comes out a few minutes later and tells me that they're going to make my four cheeseburgers and fries one at a time, just incase I can't finish them all. I said, "sounds great!" About an hour later I finish them all and the manager is seriously impressed. I told him that I still wanted to get a chocolate hot fudge Sunday for desert and he said, "son, how are you going to pay for this?" I tell him I have cash. After I'm done, I go to pay with a $100 bill my father gave me. The manager comes back out and tells me that the $100 bill didn't check out. I say, "check out?" Not fully understanding what he meant. The manager said, "it's counterfeit, the bill is a fake!" I'm embarrassed enough as it is and by now it's about 3:30 am and I have to call my father to come pay for my meal (or meals, 4 of them), so the manager will unlock the door and I can go home. The manager brought me to the phone and allowed me to use it. My father is not happy, he thought I was sleeping and didn't even know I had left. My father gets there and explains that he gave me the $100 bill and that he got it from Chase Bank in Bronxville, NY and that he believes the bill is good, but it is very old and maybe even worth more than $100. My father said, "I promise you my son was not trying to beat you out of anything, he just has an unusually large appetite." My father payed for my food with his American Express card and gives the manager his business card, which is something I've never seen him ever do, but I think it was more to show him that he had a pretty decent title and we didn't need to steal food. Then my father said, "you can keep the $100 bill if you want, thankfully we don't need it." The manager takes my fathers business card, goes into the back and comes out with his business card and the $100 bill. He hands my father the "counterfeit" $100 bill and writes on the back of his card "1 free cheeseburger and fries" and he says, "your son is welcome here anytime!" The manager said, "I would write "All you can eat at one sitting", but I'm afraid with your son, we might be filing bankruptcy the following day!!! We all laughed hysterically! We all shook hands and we went home! I just wanted you to know what happened in my life when a white kid (me), tried to pay for a meal with a counterfeit bill in a restaurant with a black manager in charge!!! No one called the cops and there was no arguing, we just all laughed, shook hands and I even had a free cheeseburger and fries coming to me.
I wanted to tell this story, because I was always treated exceptionally well by the black community. I grew up playing basketball in The Bronx Boys Club and they made me call them what no other white kid ever could; you see, it was a term of endearment among themselves which I was now one, but if anyone else said it, it would be considered the worst thing anyone could say to them. Hopefully you can read between the lines here, because there is no way I'm even going to write it anywhere ever!
About three years ago I was in Jamaica and my good friend's sister was singing in a concert. Two friends of mine were traveling with me from New Jersey. I remember thinking to myself, "I can't believe how many people will be watching my friends sister sing." One of my friends from New Jersey whispered in my ear, "do you realize that we are the only white people in this entire stadium?" I didn't answer him right away and initially felt embarrassed that I didn't even realize and then I thought, NO, I'm proud that I didn't realize!!! And after about a minute I looked at him and said, "I Guess I'm Just Color Blind!"

Lemon Garlic Chicken
Lemon Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin into cutlets
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup (40g) all-purpose flour, plus 2 tablespoons
1/2 cup (120ml) chicken broth
1 medium lemon, juiced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green onion, sliced
Directions
Place a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add 1 tablespoon of the butter and oil, and swirl to coat.
Meanwhile, sprinkle each chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place 1/3 cup of the flour in a shallow bowl, and dunk each chicken breast in it. Cover each side with flour, but shake off any excess.
Place the chicken in the pan, and cook for 2–4 minutes on each side, until nice and browned. (Don’t worry too much about cooking them all the way through, but be sure to brown both sides.)
Remove the chicken from the pan, and reduce the heat to low.
Add the remaining tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoons of flour. Whisk together to create a roux, and let it cook for at least 1 minute.
Next, add the chicken broth and lemon juice. Whisk to combine with the butter and flour mixture. Add the chicken back to the pan. Let it simmer, and the sauce will thicken in about a minute. Add the garlic, and simmer another 30 seconds. Sprinkle the sliced scallion on top, and then serve.

You Got Screwed!
That’s right.
The whole "Be a good little boy/girl.
Get good grades.
Go to college.
Find a good job.
Put away money into your retirement account and you’ll be just fine" charade is collapsing right under our noses.
We’ve been PLAYED.
We’ve been led to believe that happiness and security were waiting for us if only we did as we were told.
If only we followed the path laid out for us, we’d be ok.
**But surveys show 1 in 3 Americans have no retirement savings.**
Surveys show most Americans don't have even $1,000 in their bank account.
And this may sound crazy... but surveys show that only 20% of Americans are free of debt.
Horrifying stats...
But honestly, not surprising.
Not when millions of students nationwide borrow as much as $40K A YEAR with the dream of getting a degree that’s supposed to open doors for them…
Only to see themselves having to go back to their parents' place because there just aren’t any jobs for their line of work.
Worst of all?
Student loans are one of THE ONLY non-forgiven debts in this country, so even if you file bankruptcy you can’t have them wiped clean.
As if that wasn’t enough, it seems like every decent paying job is either being replaced by automation through software or robots, or it’s being shipped overseas so companies can save a few dollars on payrolls.
It’s no wonder that a new report from the McKinsey Global Institute, "Poorer than their Parents: Flat or Falling Incomes in Advanced Economies," shows a drastic trend in declining incomes for middle class workers.
The report found that as much as 70% of households saw their earnings drop in the past decade.
To put it bluntly?
Those who had been taught to expect their wealth to grow as long as they obediently follow society’s path of choice, have learned that promise is a lie.
And you know what?
This is not your fault.
We’ve all been played!
But it IS your RESPONSIBILITY to do something about it and guarantee that you and your family will NOT be played anymore.
