Made a new batch of taco seasoning. Always reminds me of that sand art we used to make as kids. There's something satisfying about seeing all the ingredients layered together before it all gets mixed up. Definitely the best batch I've made to date.

We used to have a bottle layered with different kinds of chilli, pepper and there's also garlic soaked in vinegar. This post of yours inspired me to make one again.
Gosh do I miss Mexican food! There don't even seem to be any chain Mexican restaurants in the part of the Philippines we live in. At this point, a Taco Bell would be like a gift from heaven.
