Ingredients:
Oyster mushrooms 200 gram.
Butter milk :
Oat milk 170 ml.
Apple cider vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp
Southern creole seasoning blend.1/2 tbsp.
Flour:
Oat flour 90 gram.
Southern creole bland 3/4 tbsp.
Baking soda 1/2 tbsp.
Olive oil spry.
Extera :
Almond yogurt.
Gralic powder.
Onion powder.
Lemon.
Dried chives.
Method :
Set the air fryer 400āĻ f.
Wash rinse and dry to oyster mushroom pieces.
In a bowl , mix together the ingredients for the butter milk in a sparate large bowl, mix together the ingredients for the dry ingredients.
Dip each oyster mushroom are in buttermilk bowl then the flour bowl then the buttermillk bowel again and then the flour bowl again and then onto the air fryer basket.
Once all the oyster mushroom are in the basket generously spray them with avocodo oil.
Cook them in increments of 5 mints for 15 mints.every 5 mints either flip them over and. Repeat if you have to do this in batches.
Enjoy fresh out of the air fryer with some flaked sea selt and your choice of plant based dipping sauce.
