Today i goona published a new recipe article for everyone. I hope everyone like my recipe.
So let's start how make this recipe:
Ingredients :
Olive oil -0.4 tbsp.
Garlic -04 tbsp.
Red onion -20 gram.
Cherry tomatoes - 1.8.
Oregano - 0.2 tsp.
Dried thyme - 0.2 tsp.
Fresh sage - 0.1 tsp.
Tomato sauce - 94 gram.
Chopped tomato - 180 gram.
Read peper falkes.
Capers -0.2 tbsp.
Basil (fresh).
Method :
★Using the saute function, add olive, garlic and onion. Cook for about 2 mints,then toss in cherry tomatoes to provide a bit of sweet to the sauce.cover with the top for about 2 -3 mints to help soften the tomatoes so they brust.
★Remove the top and immeditely stir to parvent sticking.uses a frok or masher to gently crush the cherry tomatoes.
★Add the oregano, thyme sage tomato sauce and crushe tomatoes. Then add red peper falkes for heat and optional capers.mix it up then toss in fresh basil leves along with a pinch of sea salt and peper.
★Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.And season to taste with sea salt & paper.
★Once it cools, store the marinara in an airtight jar in the fridge.
★After enjoy the dish serve as you like us.
