Today i goona share a new recipe article share for everyone. Today recipe so yummmahy a testy i hope everyone likes my artcile.

Ingredients:
Salmon:
Wild salmon 280 gram
Sea seasiong blnd 1 tbsp.
Olive oil 1 tsp.
Main ingredients :
Tomatoes 4 pics.
Olive oil 3 tbsp.
Onion 70 gram.
Gralic 1 tbsp.
Capers 2 tbsp
Chicke brotth 309 gram
Tomato paste 1 tbsp.
Lemon zest 2 tsp.
Oregano 2 tbsp.
Dried thyme 1 tsp.
Sea salt.
Peper.
Garnish :
Fresh parsely
Zaater spice bland.
Ingredients :
Set oven to grill.
Spray whole tomatoes with avocodo oil and season them with a pinch of sea salt & peper. Roast the tomatoes in the oven for 10-12 mints or until soft and blistered.remove set and aside.
Reduce the heat of the oven to gas 6.
Season salmon filet with biet of olive oil and sea bland.
Set a skillet on high heat. Once hot add olive oil then add salmon fillet skin side aside. Sear the salmon for 1-2 mints then remove from the skillet.
Reduce to het of the skillet to medium. Once the skillet has colled down.add remaining olive oil, onion gralic and capers, caramelize for 2-3 mints,until the onions have turned slightly brown.
Add the rosted tomatoes to the skillet. Use the spatula to gently press on tomatoes so they explode to create a natural tomato sauce.
Once all the tomatoes have becomes a sauce add chicken both and tomato paste.then stiar bring the suace to a light simmer and add the remaining ingredients,frequently stirring. If you desire thicker sauce and another of vegetables or chicken both until you reach your desried consistency.season to taste & add sea salt & peper.
Nestle the selmon in the skillet with the tomatoes, then bake for 8-10 mints in the oven.
Add the garnish.
