Ingredients :
Beefsteak tomatoes.
High quality ground beef 450 gram.
Ground lamb 230 gram.
onion 1
Gralic 2 tbsp.
Red wine 80 ml.
Parsely 40 gram.
Basmati rice 850 gram.
Land seasoning blend 1 1/2 tbsp
Ground cumin 2 tbsp
All spice 1 1/2 tbsp.
Sea salt 1 pinch.
Pinch peper 1.
Fresh Parsely.
Method :
Set the oven 400 F.
Slice off top from the tomato.then use from the spoon or grapefruit knife to carve out the inside into a bowl.repeat for all tomatoes then palce them in baking dish.
Set large nonstick skillet on medium high heat once hot lightly spry avocado oil.then add beef and lamb.chop it up as it cooks in the skillet.
Add onion, gralic and seasonings as the meat cooks in the skill abou 3 mints.
Reduce to the heat medium, pour in red wine and cook about 2-3 mints, until the red wine is reduce by half.
Add parsley rice and about 1/3 tomato pulp we removed earlier. Cover and cook for 15 mints until the tomato gets soft and exploplod to create a natural tomato sauce.reduce heat to loow if too much and the meet begins to lightly burn.
Suff the tomatoes with the rice mixture then cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 mints. Until the skin naturally begins to peel off.Back uncovered the final 5 mints.
Allow them to cool after baking so they can be more manageable.
