Hey everyone, it's anik once again here a new recipe artcile published from everyone, today recipe so delious and testy. I hope everyone like my new recipe.

So let's start how can make this recipe in your home easily.. 👇👇

Ingredients :

Asparagus :

  • Spears asparagus -5.

  • Slice prosciutto -5.

  • Ground sage - 1/2 tsp.

  • Apple cider vinegar 1/6 tsp.

  • Maple syrup -1/2 tsp.

  • Peper - to taste.

Optional:

  • Balsmic glaze.

  • Fresh sage.

Method :

  • Bring a pot of watter to boil.add raw asparagus spears. Boil for 3-5 mints, then immediately remove the asparagus and place them in a bowl of cold water so they stop cokking.this also helps preserve their virbant green color.

  • Warp 1 thin slice of prosciutto around one asperagus spear.

  • Set a nonstick skilet on medium head spery with olive oil. Once the skillet is hot add the wrapped spears with the flap side down.

  • While the spears are cooking in skillet, sprinkle in some sage and gently shake the pan to coat.then add apple cider vinger. Shake the pan so the spears turn amd get covered in the vinger as well. It will create steam.this helps to soften and wilt the spears.

  • When the top and bottom are seared about 5-7 mints reduce the heat on the skillet, then add the maple syrup.immediately shake the pan to coat the spears and remove from the heat so the maple caramelize and candiea spears.

  • Add to Garnish.

★After enjoy to the and serve while hot.
