Ingredients :
Main:
Avocodo Olive oil spry.
Lean flank 140 gram.
Olive oil 0.2 tbsp.
Onion 20 gram.
Satlk celery 0.4.
Gralic 0.4 tbsp.
Carrot 0.2
Zucchini 0.2
Yellow squash 0.2
Red kidney beans 76 gram.
Chopped tomatoes 160 gram.
Beef broth 190 ml.
Water 48 ml.
Tomato paste 0.8.
Gulten free -pasta 22 garm.
Seasiong :
Land seasiong blend 0.2 tbsp.
Dried thyme 0.4 tbsp.
Oregano 0.4 tbsp.
Ground fennel 0.4 tbsp.
Bay leaf 0.4
To serve :
Sea salt to taste.
Peper to taste.
Method :
Seat instant pot on sture.
Once hot, lightly spry with avocodo oil and add beff.while the beff is searing and land seasiong and countine cooking for 3 mints or until sear marks appear on the beef. Remove the beef from the instant pot ans set aside.
Add olive oil, onion clery and gralic. Caramelize for 2-3 mints.being careful not of the gralic and onion burn.affter 3 mints add carrots and cook for additional 1-2 mints so that slightly soften.trun off saute function.
Add the all remaining ingredients expect the spinach.stir it well. Add the beef back to the instant poat.
Seat the cooker for 7 mints. Set the vent to seal.
Once the cooking cycle ends, vent, stir and then flod in the spinach.
Season to taste with sea salt & peper.
