Today i share a testy and yummy spicy resipe .

Ingredients:
Wild salmon filet 110 gram.
Olive oil spray.
Smoked parpika 1/2 tbsp.
Ground cumin 3/4 tbsp .
Sea solt 2/1 pinch.
Pinceh peper 1/2 .
Avocado 1
Tomato 1 pics.
Onion 1/4 .
Fresh cilantro 30 gram .
Ground cumin 1/2 tbsp.
Lime 1/2 .
Sea solt.
Peper.
Red bell peper.
Steps:
Set oven to 420° f .
Lightly spray woth oil then rub the seasoning over the fillet.
Set a nonstick skillet on medium high heat once hot spary with little more oil .them add the salmon skin side up.sear the selmon for 3 mint ensuring it is not burning then flip over to sear for 2 mint.
Place the entire skillet in the oven to finish cokking.flake it into piece with fork .
Add the guacamole ingerdents to lerge bowl and mix together.it should be chunky with lots of texture .fold in the grilled salmon and mixed well.
Enjoy the gucamole with mini bell pepers .its also good for lunch in a whole wheat pita or on a sandwich.
