Today i gonna share a new recipe article.

Ingredients :
Frozen corn 110 gram.
Clove gralic.
Ground cumin 1/4 tsp
Smoked paprika 1/2 tbsp.
Baking powder 1/4 tbsp.
Pinch sea salt 1/4.
Pinch peper 1/4
Egg 1
Almond flour 30 gram.
Green onion 1/4.
Chess blend 17 1/2 gram.
Avocodo oil 3/3 tbsp.
Almond milk 60 ml.
Shallot 1/4.
Clove gralic 1/4.
Fresh cilantro 5 gram.
Lime 1/4.
Sea salt to taste
Peper to taste.
Method :
To high powered blended or food processor add half of the corn, gralic,cumin, parpika, baking powder, sea salt & peper eggg and almound flour. Bllend until smooth with some chunks.
Add the mixture to a bowl and the fold in the remaining corn and ingredients expect the oil.mix and fold everything together . For bst results, place the batter in the fridge for at lest 20 mints to frim up.
Set a nonstick skillet on medium heat.once hot add the oil then sccop out each patty into skillet and press down a little to flatten.each fitter should be no beigger then 3-4 tablespoons size.cook on each side for about 4-6 mints untill the golden brown.
Allow them to cool and harden since they are very fraglic when hot.
For the avocodo crema, place all the ingredients in a blender and blend untill smooth. For a thinner add almond milk,watter or lime juice.season to taste with sea salt & peper.serve alongside corn fritters.
