Ingredients :
White egg 0.4
Shredded coconut 11 1/3 gram.
Swerve confectioners sugar 2/3 tbsp.
Cinnamon 0.1 tbsp.
Method :
Set oven to gas 6.
To large bowl use a hand blender to whisk egg whites until peaks form.
Slowly add coconut and xylitol gently folding little by little using a spatula. If desired add the spices here or sprinkle on toop before baking.
Line a baking tray with parchment. Use ice -cream scooper or a spoon to crave out out as many equally sized mounds of coconut as you can. Each one should be about the size of a golf ball.place on a baking try. Repeat untill all the better is gone.
Bake for 12-15 mints until the outside is golden and the edges are lightly browend.
After baking let them frist cool on the baking try for few mints,and then place in the fridge to further cool down and harden.
Store these in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
