Once, a teacher held a glass of water in his hand and He asked the students how much the glass of the water weighed?

The responses ranged from eight to twenty ounces. Fairly satisfied with the responses, he replied that the exact weight of the glass of water does not matter since it depends on how long you hold a glass of water in your hand - if it's just for a minute, then it is. 'is good; if you keep it on for an hour, you might have an arm cramp; but if you hold it for a day or two, you may need to call an ambulance. 

Just like managing stress, the weight you carry is completely up to you. If you do not take a break from something that is exhausting you, you may not be able to move ahead or move forward at all. You need to be able to put those tasks aside for a minute and do things that would make you more productive later in the day. 

First of all, what is Stress? While most people associate the word "stress" with psychological stress, experts use the term to refer to any force that impairs the stability and balance of bodily functions. While some people who choose to smoke may be cigarettes or marijuana or even drink excessively as an escape route from the harsh reality and their problems, there are a few ways you can deal with those stress effectively. These acts are in fact counterproductive and will only make a person more susceptible to stress, making its effects worse afterward. 

First, snack on comfortable foods like a serving of oatmeal. They increase the levels of serotonin, a chemical that calms the brain. Other foods too can lower levels of adrenaline and cortisol, which are stress hormones that invade the body in the long run. While it's good to use comfort foods every now and then, a nutritious diet can counter the impact of stress by strengthening the immune system and lowering blood pressure. not just to celebrate Nutrition Month.

Second, be aware of the next case that you feel irritated and think twice about whether it would matter in a day, a week, a month, or even a year or longer. Learn how to get rid of the mundane things and do not waste your time on something that does not deserve your time or your devotion. Anger management and stress management are closely linked because Anger Management is a real stress reducer. 

As they say, "It takes seventeen muscles to smile and forty-three muscles to frown."

And also, breathe slowly and deeply before reacting to a stressful event. Other than that, it gives you time to think about whether or not the situation is worth your energy and time; normalizes your blood pressure, it allows you to use oxygen more efficiently, and your mind ages more slowly. Breathing meditation frees your mind. Just Inhale Exhale.

It is that simple. In general, since stress is inevitable in everyday life, you need to know what are your effective ways of dealing with it. There are hundreds of them. Keep in mind, however, that there are things that can help you get rid of stress, but sooner or later they will destroy your health.

The weight of the glass of water you carry depends on how long you hold it. For lack of something sane enough to post. This is also my impromptu speech. As far as I know, this is the kind of speech where the speaker has only the outline; I guess our teacher chose to lighten the burden often carried over the past week.
