There's a healthy splash of clouds in the sky, but the sun wins easily. The clouds are barely able to stop the heat and the morning is hot - 28 degrees Celsius at the start!! It will be about 40 degrees at the peak. The camera of the phone is struggling with the bright light and everything looks bleached in this morning photo!!
