The usual spiders I see around the house are the daddy long legs type of spiders that make cobwebs in all the ceiling nooks. This little spider surprised me by scurrying across the dining room wall. It was tiny, stubby and had interesting shades of black and white. The front had claw like structures that kept moving as it ran up and down the wall. This little fellow kept me entertained for 5 minutes before it got adventurous and jumped onto a biscuit tin. Goodbye spider - i swiped it onto the floor and it ran away to a dark book.
