While the beach visit on the weekend was quite exciting, there were a few saddening observations. The amount of plastic and junk on the beach has increased in the last few years. Its still clean, but definitely not as clean as when we visited in 2019 and a few previous years. The reason seems to be that a nearby commercial beachside fun park has opened with little shack restaurants, loud music and some adventure activities which has resulted in more people visiting and dumping junk into the beach. The people who run this new place also don't seem to be acting responsibly. #beach #pollution
