I use Telegram for messaging on a couple of groups as my workplace uses it. When any of your contacts joins Telegram, it gives you a heads up. There is a little animated cartoon (usually an animal, bird or alien) when you click on the notification with a note to encourage you to send a message and keep in touch. But #wth This cartoon is that of a coronavirus with a crown! #whattheheck is the meaning of this weirdity?
