5. DREAMING IN BLACK-AND-WHITE Not everyone dreams in color. Believe it or not, some people dream of what looks more like an old black-and-white television program. Some people have trouble remembering whether their dreams are in color or not. Strangely, a study from the American Psychological Association says that older people tend to dream in black and white due to them growing up in an era of black-and-white television.
