Impostors believe they need to be competent at everything, even if they don't have the talent for it. Their definition of competence is not sustainable, and they don't recognize their incompetence until it's too late. They believe that they are smart enough if they can get perfect reviews or advance without help. In other words, they feel they must be good at everything to succeed.

In contrast, highly competent people always do more than they have to in order to succeed. They never accept good enough. They always go the extra mile to achieve success. Some people simply want to get by, but leaders cannot afford to give in to a weaker need to be a great man. To be successful, you must go above and beyond your job description. You must be competent in everything or you won't succeed.

A highly competent person goes the extra mile, not accepting that they are good enough. They go above and beyond the call of duty. This is an essential attribute in a leader. They must do more than what is expected of them. It is important to be a great man, even if that means sacrificing other areas of their life. It's also important to remember that you aren't supposed to be good at everything, because that will hurt your leadership.

A highly competent person is someone who doesn't settle for good enough. They don't settle for mediocrity and are constantly trying to improve themselves. They don't accept that they are "good enough." They do more. They are not content to be good at what they do. But, being a great man is a necessity. But this doesn't mean you can't do anything.

Being competent is the key to success. It's the most important quality of success. If you don't have competence, you will never succeed. You must be proficient in every aspect of your life. Become a highly competent leader. They go the extra mile. It's not enough to be good in one area, but to be good in everything. If you can't do it, you will be a better leader.

As you become more successful, you will face more vitriol and self-doubt. People will question your ability to do something, and will even start doubting their own abilities. But the more competent you are, the more likely you are to become successful in your career. If you don't feel confident in any area, it's likely that you'll experience the same.
