So my battery backup was plugged into my solar panel all day & didn't charge at all, thought maybe the charging converter on my battery pack had gone since all my wires were connected properly so I used the ac adapter to see if it would charge from a wall outlet & it worked just fine...so my nearly new panel worked for only a handful of charges it would seem. It was a cheap 100w panel which I mean I guess you get what you pay for. Any advice on how to test if the panel is toast, I don't know what else it would be. #Offgrid

It has a USB port? You have a multimeter? Just searched for "usb pinout": https://www.electroschematics.com/usb-how-things-work/ The battery pack could have a voltage cutoff under which it won't charge while other USB things may still draw power or charge.
