Strong person

I have always been idealized as a strong person who is capable of dealing with everything effectively and diligently.

But what intrigues me is that my strength has been appreciate with me not expressing my emotion in time of distress.I have always felt and I still feel that expressing such emotions ends up making me feel vulnerable which is the worst kind of feeling for a person like me.
