Edgar “Injap” Sia II dropped out from the list where he was last ranked at number 17.

But the tycoon’s road to becoming the youngest Filipino billionaire actually began on December 12, 2003, in a 200-square-meter space of a Robinsons Iloilo carpark building. This was where the then-26-year-old opened the first Mang Inasal, a new fastfood concept at the time built on the comfort that Hiligaynon-style barbecue brings and the brilliance of the phrase “unlimited rice.” The chain was obviously doing quite well for itself when Jollibee bought 70 percent of its ownership in 2010, and finished off the remaining 30 percent six years later. These transactions gave Sia his first billions—PHP 5 billion to be exact—and set him off to try his hand in other industries.

Inspite of being not in the forbes list anymore Injap is still doing great with his businesses.
