Is it nescessary to suspend your worker if he didn't render over time work?

My former Employer just tolerating the actions of their Supervisors.

What they did from the past is threatening us if we didn't follow them, like to refuse render over time and holiday duties that they will terminate us, and the worst case is even not work related, they are provoking me about personal matters which is not right and can be considered as slander and oral deflamation.

And the following days i received threats, from him because of my refusal everytime lock of manpower, i know it can be considered as violation of the Presidential Decree No. 442 A DECREE INSTITUTING A LABOR CODE AND SOCIAL LAWS TO AFFORD PROTECTION TO LABOR, PROMOTE EMPLOYMENT AND HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AND ENSURE INDUSTRIAL PEACE BASED ON SOCIAL JUSTICE.

On The Other hand the violation of the supervisor can also be considered as stated on Article 282 Grave Threat of the revised penal code of the philippines and under article 286 Grave Coercion.

They overused their powers because their position is high, it's not appropriate. In my conclusion your purpose their us to do your jobs. Yes, they can use their power but not to harm other employees. They should use their power in the right way like to advise the employee if he did a bad behavior, and then gave them a warning.
