If someone is depressed due to common causes then he should take some rest and look after to himself by taking proper food and patience until the depression's solution is not found.If someone is feeling highly depressed then the cure is to hire any Psychiatrist.He will guide one with all the ways that are the best for you.If one has lost something/someone important more than his life then the only way is patience.The things rhat are lost,can never be turned back.Make new memories and start your journey forward.
If someone is highly tempered,then keeping calm is the solution.Some therapies are also performed to ensure the cure.Yoga is also best to keep away from depression.
