So I requested all of you read complete so that you may be able to make a good tea.
Ingredients:
1=One cup water
2=Sugar as your taste
3=Tea 2table spoon
4=Two cup of milk
Description:-
First boil the water for 5minute including tea leaf.Now add sugar as your taste.Now add milk in boil water.Now cook well it to boil.Boil the tea again and again for 7minute.Now tea is ready for you enjoy tea with your family.
Benifits of tea:-
1=Tea can boost exercise endurance.
2:-Drinking tea could help reduce the risk of heart attack.
3:-The antioxidants in tea might help protect against a boatload of cancers, including breast, colon, colorectal, skin, lung, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, pancreas, liver, ovarian, prostate and oral cancers.
4:-Tea helps fight free radicals. Tea is high in oxygen radical absorbance capacity.
5:-Drinking tea is linked with a lower risk of Parkinson’s disease.
