1- Deficiency in "magnesium":

4- Following a "diet" rich in salt:

The excess salt that travels from the bloodstream to the skin causes swelling. Note that nearly 90% of people consume more than the recommended amount (2,300 milligrams of sodium) daily. Even if the consumption of "sodium" does not come directly from table salt, it is likely that we get it from: canned foods, salad dressings, meats, and even some dairy products (cheese). And for a flat stomach, you should avoid adding salt to meals. For the purpose of enhancing flavor, healthy spices and herbs can be used (cinnamon, chili powder, cayenne, cumin, ginger, basil, parsley, rosemary ...).
