Balochi traditional Sajji,🐏 I am going to tell you something special food item, Balochi traditional Sajji, when you open pic you will see the making of Balochi sajji ,the meat of goat🐐 or sheep🐑after special cutting in big pieces & hole with iron nail in the ground , & giving fire around them . A men that special duty on them look after fire & light the fire every moment till Balochi Sajji cook properly. After about 2.5 hrs time Balochi sajji will completely cook. So delicious & tasty with salt ,masala & black paper. I cooked in picnics , in festival Eid and enjoyed so much. Pic credit *my friends fb profile.
