Happiness is a subjective mental condition. There are no rules to be happy. For example: 2 people do not have to be happy if they have the same reasons or under the same conditions and circumstances.
Self-realization and the fulfillment of our desires and aspirations are important aspects to feel happiness in our life.
To be happy, no previous condition is necessary, there are people who are always happy and who feel comfortable with life and with what was given to them in grace, and people who, despite having all the conditions to be well, they are deeply unhappy.
It is important to maintain a state of balance conducive to happiness by nurturing positive thoughts and to avoid at all costs falling into pessimism, despite failures or unpleasant situations in life.
