Hello everyone hope you all will be happy and safe. This is Zahidg.

Heart attack is one of the most dangerous diseases in these days.many people in the world had died due to Heart attack. There are many causes of heart attack. It is deadly disease.

Heart Attack has two types.

1-Acute Heart attack

2-Chronic Heart attack

Many people survive from acute heart attack but chronic heart attack leads to death. Mayocardial infarction also cause heart attack.

Fortunately, there are many things you can do to reduce your chances of getting heart disease.

1-Control your blood pressure

2-Eat a healthy diet

3-Stay at a healthy weight

4-Get regular exercise

5-Limit Alcohol

6-Donot smoke

7-Make sure that you get enough sleep

8-Manage Diabetes

If you want to live a healthy life and prevention from Heart attack, you should be careful. Follow these things and live a healthy life. As it is said that,

"Care is better than cure ".

Be careful about your diet and prevent yourself from disease.

it's just like that my kids always. sleep at Dawn and I can't sleep too if. they are awake. When they sleep I'am not sleepy anymore.
