Good afternoon everyone. Hope you all will be happy and enjoying a healthy life. This is Zahidg.Am also fine.

Most of the person in the world are facing the problems of obesity. They are worried about obesity. They are covered by diseases due to obesity. They can not enjoy their life like the smart people.

Obesity and overweight cause lot of dieseses. Some main diseases caused by obesity and overweight are....

1-types 2 Diabetes

2-High Blood pressure

3-Heart diseases

4-kidney disease

5-Fatty liver disease

6- Certain types of Cancer

Overweight can be decreased by doing exercise daily and eating a fat free diet. Main cause of obesity and overweight is more fat eating and baked foods.

We can release our weight naturally and become smarter and enjoy a happy and disease free life by these easy ways...

1-Add protein to your diet

2-Avoid processed foods

3-Drink water

4-Limit your intake of added suger

5-Avoid liquid Calories

6-Fast intermittantly

7-Drink (unsweetened) Green tea

8-Eat more fruits and vegetables

9-Try a low Carb-diet

10-Eat more slowly

11-Replace some fat with coconut oil

12-Add eggs to you diet

13-Get enough Sleep

14-Eat more fiber

15-Add resistance Exercises

If you want to live a healthy and happy life please follow these rules and make them a part of you life. Make habit of daily exercise and morning walk. Eat more fruits and vegetables and faty foods in you diet.

It's a very helpful knowledge in losing weight and staying healthy but for my own experience I've tried all that but to no avail it's not effective on me. But I lose weight now.
