During my birding tour, I have seen pigs many times. They mostly avoid the human presence and perform their activities at night. They live in a large drift. Pigs always love to have some easy food. So they are found near garbage sites around Margalla Hills, Islamabad. Even at night, they are found in urban areas near garbage dustbins.

Pigs are prohibited in Islam so being Muslims we avoid any kind of contact with them. Margalla Hills is a wildlife protected area so pigs are in a large number. These pigs are not a threat to humans but if anyone teases them they can attack. As they also have a lot of food available so they are very healthy.
