Ingredients for

2 persons

4 pcs. eggs

50 g feta cheese

1 pc. pepper

20 g butter

2 pcs. young onions

100 g of spinach

so

40 ml of milk

Start preparing

Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then add water or milk (so the omelet will be soft and fluffy), and pepper. Blanch the spinach and add to the eggs, and then add the diced feta cheese and sliced spring onions. Melt the butter in a pan at a medium temperature, and pour in the eggs. Bake the omelette at a medium temperature for three to four minutes, then turn it over with a spatula, bake for another two or three minutes and a hearty breakfast is ready to serve.
