This handbook has been provided 100% free to all of you, in the hope that it will help Conservative aims on social media, especially on Twitter. Many issues regarding the social media’s blatant attacks on freedom of speech, we feel that extra “ammunition” is needed.

Introduction
Politics
Before I start, I want to address the issue of politics. There. That is the last I will mention this interesting issue. It is a given that all those here are conservative, right wing, whatever. I love politics and talking about them (that is why I jumped into Twitter so many years ago) but in this Handbook, we will be focused on Twitter work only.
Apology
I apologize all you Apple users. I know many of you in the USA use Apples, but the rest of the world use PCs and have never used any Apple products, and I don’t mention them in this Handbook. That in itself will make it hard for me to make a movie out of this book 😊.
Note to Twitter experts
If you are what I call a “Twitter Influencer” which means you have built a large following user base that regularly reacts to your tweets, or in other words – you are able to reach large numbers of users with your message - you may not find anything new in this Handbook. That’s great! Many users already do what I am going to teach, and they learned it through long experience, frustration, and research. Even so, I don’t think everyone who wants to be an Influencer needs to work for years in order to succeed. As I will say later in this Handbook – your success is the success of us all. That is why what I am teaching should not be a secret (at least to you here on the Handbook).
The Goal of this Handbook
In the Israeli IDF, when we soldiers are sent out on an operation, we all go into the briefing room, where the commanding officer stands in front of us all, next to a blackboard or screen and writes out the outline of the op. Along the top of the screen, he writes one concise sentence which is the AIM of this op. All the operative actions he then mentions will all serve to achieve that aim.
Following this example, I will now write for us our Handbook aim, which is, or should be, the only aim for us activists on Social Media in general, and Twitter in particular:
How to maximize our political influence
When I say “influence” - I mean your ability to get your main message or messages out to as many people as possible and to get them to adopt it.
In order to truly realize this, it is important not to allow our ego to take over.
I have had many of my personal tweets show up on other people’s Timeline – stolen, in other words, some by very well-known people, like Bibi Netanyahu, for instance, Trump's daughter Ivanka, and James Woods. They did NOT say it was from me, but the wording, the timing and the way they used it proved it without a doubt.
Did I care? Of course, it would have been great for Bibi to just RT what I wrote, but it was more important to see my influence here. If Bibi, or Ivanka liked what I wrote – that means others do too.
The reasons I am stressing the issue of EGO, is because it is very easy to lose your way, to start focusing on issues that waste your time and not allowing you to maximize your real influence online.
To illustrate this, I want to tell a story of a real user, an American who came to Israel a few years ago. He seemed to be a good soul, with a lot willingness to promote Israel and Making America Great Again issues. We spoke together about some problems he was having in getting settled in Israel, strange bureaucracy things, etc. He then started to beg me in several Direct Messages to tell him how I was able to get so many followers and so much action from them (Replies, RTs, etc)
Some time later, he wrote a scathing article against Israeli society in the Times of Israel news site blog in which the language he used was particularly horrible, calling Israeli bureaucrats “terrorists”. I wrote him a personal email and pointed out why I thought this is wrong.
Then – he found a great way of becoming what was obviously his real aim on social media – to become a star. He turned his coat – he became an “Israeli-American” who hates Trump and Israel.
I want this point to be VERY clear. To be pro-Israeli is very difficult on social media. To be anti-Israel is easier, but to be an Israeli who is anti-Israel is a piece of cake. He now has his 50k followers. On the other hand – I check from time to time – he gets very little reactions to his tweets… another issue we will go into later on.
Being a conservative on social media will be a daunting task, even Sisyphean, and for this, Twitter is one of the worst.
The lesson of this story is:
If you are here to be a star, a sort of political Kardashian, that’s fine. You may even achieve this goal, but this Handbook is not written for you. It is written for real advocates on a mission. Period.
Warning about Twitter
Difficulties working on Twitter (like all social media today) are REAL. If you work recklessly, or many times, even if you do NOT, you can get suspended, shadowbanned and even “disappeared”. To those who do not know what that means – “disappeared” is the verb they made up in Argentina in the 1970s when people who were against the regime just were removed secretly, and no one, even their families or friends knew what happened, not even if they were dead or alive. Most likely, as in Twitter - they were dead.
Yes – this has happened to me, and the feeling is terrible. You one day wake up to find everything lost – your 30k followers, your work, your writing, your contacts, your friends – all gone forever without any true way of knowing why, or appeal. Some Pakistani “engineer” in Twitter decided you were undesirable, and you are *gone*.
Then, there is “Shadowbanning”. Yes - Shadowbanning, as difficult it is to detect, as difficult as it is to define, as difficult as it is to prove, it is not an urban myth and it is mostly done against right-wing users and as much as Jack would like you to think differntly.
Shadowbanning is one of the most insidious acts against Twitter users, since Twitter does all they can to keep it a secret from you. There is no transparency and no notification telling you why you were banned. Many users keep working, writing, and sharing information while not realizing that NO ONE (but their own followers) can see anything they post. Twitter keeps denying that there is such a thing as Shadowbanning, and they use and change sneaky ways all the time to keep even veteran users from knowing that they are tampering with and hindering your work. In fact, you may be doing great work, getting high results – and still be shadowbanned which is keeping you from doing much better and getting even higher results.
This Handbook will not go into the issue of the legality or morality of Twitter bans, in fact, we will not go into many interesting political aspects of Twitter at all. It is a given that these actions are, if not illegal, definitely immoral and unfair. This Handbook will only deal with understanding, using the best of long experience and knowledge of many - what Disappearing and Shadowbanning are, the different ways you will most likely experience this, how to know if you are shadowbanned, and ways to get around it, even knowing that these “ways”, for a conservative user, are like the story of David and Goliath where twitter is, of course, Goliath.
The biased politics of Twitter have led me, and many others, to find ways of going around Twitter roadblocks and pitfalls. There may be some that will say: “That isn’t fair”, and I say: “Deleting, Shadowbanning, secretly “unfollowing” a user’s followers is not only unfair, but a violation of our Freedom of Speech. This Handbook will give you ammunition you will need to fight back.
Twitter is currently the best platform we have today
Having said this all this, I want to stress - Twitter is still, currently, the best platform we have today for political influence. Here are the reasons why:
Large user base mostly in USA, but also in Europe with growing in Asia and even Africa users
While the US and Europe are key to world politics, you will still get many English speakers in Asia and Africa to connect with. You will be surprised to find that many are conservative in their thinking.
Focusing
Once you follow the type people you want, you won’t see other topics, and this will makes it easier to focus
Collaboration and making connections
You will find as you work that certain people will become “groupies” in the positive manner, acting on your tweets and even messaging you. Many of these will become great contacts that can help your work on Twitter and off. This is always a two-way street, as I will write several times, it is your duty as an activist to help others also.
You can message your followers in order to further your activities, ask them to help you promote specific tweets
Group collaboration
There are two types of groups you will probably be interested in: groups for chatting, and groups you can join which are designated “Re-Tweet groups”. We will go in depth regarding Twitter groups later on in Chapter Nine
Ease of use
The Twitter interface is built for simplicity, and I have to compliment them on this. I will go into this in some depth in order to make sure you understand all the things you can do, and tips on ways to fit Twitter to your needs
Statistics you can use
Stats are very important – NOT for your ego – but for furthering your influence. Twitter goes a long way to easily help you in this.
