Chelsea have completed the signing of RB Leipzip forward Timo werner for £47.5 millions.Werner will join the Blues on Five-years contract worth just over £170,000 a week and will move England at the end of Bundesliga Season.

The 24-years old will become Chelsea seconds signing ahead of next campaign after HAKIM ZIYECH.

Is it a Good signing for the Blues or not.
