[LUCA MOVIE REVIEW]

When I found out who played the voice of Luca, I decided to watch it right away. Jacob Tremblay is my fave child actor. I watched some of his movies and he's a good actor. Enough showing my admiration for the kid. 😄

I'm so impressed by the transformation when they get on the land and how they get back to their original form when they get splashed by water or come in contact with water. It makes me wonder what if it was easy for sea creatures to transform into human beings in the real world. Would we ever find out who the real people are? What if it happens in real life and we are just too preoccupied with the happenings in our lives that we failed to recognize them. What if they haven't been caught by us and simply living their human lives?

Ahahaha! Don't mind me! I'm just into the movie. I love the storyline and how the movie flows so smoothly. I wondered about Luca's life at school but then they kind of show at the end with the credits. I enjoyed the movie. The thing that made me laugh the most was the fish in the sky. I love how they always imagine things that they just discovered. They love daydreaming when they wanted something. They find ways to make their dreams come true. Their friendship is unbreakable amidst one's shortcomings. They are always there for each other. I just wish Alfredo to study with Luca and be crazy together. Haha!

I love how the movie ended. People learned to accept the 'sea monsters' and eventually forgot how persistent they were to catch one and yearned to kill them. The moment Luca won the race, the other sea creatures decided to stop hiding and revealed their real forms as sea monsters. Luca and Alfredo showed them that they were the good ones and would never hurt people. I was glad to learn that Luca's grandmother had been visiting the land without the family knowing it. Grandma rocks! Haha! I was so touched by how Giulia's father embraced them by offering some food when he was the head of the monster hunters. Luca's mother was worried about people who won't accept him and the father assured her that some people will and he seemed to know how to find the good ones. It proves that there are people who will dislike you and people who will accept what you are, your shortcomings, flaws, and imperfections. You just have to figure out who they are and stick to them no matter what.

Some scenes give you life lessons as any other animated movies do. That's what makes them enjoyable to watch.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5/5
